Sin has separated us from our heavenly family. The price of sin = eternal death. Jesus paid that price for us by taking our place. If we believe and accept Him as our Lord and Savior we shall not perish but have everlasting life. (Google John 3:16)

I think I can help.

Oh sorry! That was the method I was going to tell you.

If worst comes to worst, you may have to install windows again. At one point windows should ask you if you wish to reinstall the program and keep all your files without formatting.

I don't even know HOW to reinstall windows!!!!!!! This is a custom built computer that my smart friend made for me! How in earth do I reinstall windows!?? Why did this happennn?!?

(yesterday I just got the Internet back, so I connected to a new wifi thing, but I maybe that had nothing to do with this. The last time this happened it was completely random!!!!!)

There's gotta be some other way to fix it than reinstalling it!!!!! Please help me somebody!!!

One more idea, if you happen to have two user profiles on your computer try logging in using second profile.

I only have one. How do I make another one. How do I fix it to get back in my profile???

You may have to go out and buy Windows, see if anyone has a copy of Windows. I don't know why this is happen. If happen to my old system not too long ago and I did the same method about renaming .bak and work out. BTW does it have Windows 7 on it?

BUY WINDOWS???? I am using windows 7. Ya I did the .bak thing on exactly January 30th, 2014. 900am. If I have to buy windows, it's like I might want to take this into a shop, might as well!!!!! I dot have the time or money! I'm a poor man!

I didn't do anything illegal or anything! There has to be an alternative than drastic measures!

I don't know how this could happen in the first place or how their fix works, but... wild guess:

The .bak renaming replaces some part of your current profile with its backup. They basicaly wanted you to switch it with the old one hoping it works. Not sure if it's supposed to work twice, though. Set 0 for all the properties they asked for(RefCount, State) of all the profiles you can (.bak and without), then try to start every one of them(giving it no .bak and the rest of them .bak). If this doesn't work, the problem is somewhere else.

What do I do? The one that currently has .bak, take away the bak? And everyone who did not have bak, give a bak?

I read somewhere that this happens because the negative IQ virus scanner tries to scan your computer or do somthing while your computer tries to load. Something like that. Some kind of "virtually collision". . I turned it on again and went to the same screen but this time it gave me an option to install updates . I am doing that now and hope that is the solution..........................

UPDATE: Even after (I thinkkk) it updated/downloaded stuff it still not work)

Go into safe mode.
You can then go to windows backup and restore.
Select a prior restore point before the date the problem first happened.

Can you tell me Where is "windows back up and restore"?

Really, I am computer illiterate. I only have experience with software.

It will cost you more money to take it in a shop, if you can find a copy from someone your better off that way. Sorry I'm not really technical with computers, I advice to look up youtube videos and see what trick they may have that might work.
Look at this and see if he did anything different. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2d6zKj2iXL8

I would not remove anything from the folders unless they tell you to. Before anything, if you can log in safe mode back up all your files! Good luck!

nvm my solution was too complicated and useless.
Click the big Windows button and type "system restore"
or
C:\Windows\System32\rstrui.exe

it says "no restore points have been created on your computers system drive. to create a restore point open System Protection."

Here.

Try rebooting it in safe mode. Depending on how messed up your computer is, it might be able to log in. Then I would recommend creating a new administrator profile.

How do I make a new administration profile???

Oh, just kidding, you already tried that. Never mind.
