Ever considered parodies? Maybe you could create a "what-if" story from some anime or video game?
Oh oh I know! You should take all the scary men on your page and think about them being a secret society/group that's been around for ages. They could be a group of various people with different techniques and abilities. And each individual has his own position in the group. They could be evil, unless you wanna twist it around and have them be good but LOOK evil. lol There's one thing that everyone in the group is after, but that thing has a different result for each individual once he gets his hands on it. They may dislike/hate each other, but they have to work as a team in order to get to what they all want.....

1.) A girl goes out into the woods after killing her parents, and eventually collapses after days of not eating sleeping or a few other things. She is found by Volk, a man with a wolf's head who has a vast obsession with painting and tends to prefer solitude. She decides to stay with Volk and live with him for a while. However, while Volk is out hunting, The girl is abducted by law officials and sentenced to death. When Volk gets back, he takes it upon himself to save her. Adventure ensues.
2.) Twelve year old Recks lives in a world where everything is decided by games (yeah, you just lost it). The oldest male or female in a family must play the games to represent their family. To win at these games means you may get to eat tonight, to lose means death. Recks' mother has been playing the games for the family ever since the death of his father, but when it is found Recks is quite advanced in skill at the games, he must play for his family. Adventure ensues.

a girl named sarah meets a boy named sam .
sams the silent type of guy . well sarah is cornered by these thugs and then sam saves the day . they end up falling in love . then they live happly ever whateveryou get the point.

a kid thats in high school hes the protagnist in the story but hes nothing like youd think the hero in the story would be and he tries to help people but it only ends with him getting hurt himself/so far thats all i got for it

"The Artist Killer"
A song circulates everywhere and artists die. A detective suggests this but nobody believes him because everyone knows he's paranoid. It's a tale of misunderstanding, metaphysics and anal sex.
You. Yes, you. Your life. An animation, about you animating the animation, of you. You are the character, and you are animating yourself, as an animator. It's your life, as you see it, through the eyes of your animation. I don't think this has been done before...the mirror effect sure, but not like this. Let me know what you think.

Seven minutes in Hell
A man is at home. It is 6:58 pm. His favorite show is about to come on. As the minute pass, he hears an evil voice. The voice says,"You have 7 minutes until hell arrives..." He becomes confused and checks the time. The time changes from 6:59 to 6:60. He checks the clock, because of its error. Then, all of the electricity turns off. He looks for a flashlight to light up the house, but they do not activate. He resorts to using a torch. He then just noticed that only the digital clocks are active. The time is now 6:63. Objects in the house start to move. He starts to become scared. 6:64, insects and rodents roam all over the house. 6:65, evil voices are heard once again, laughing. 6:66, the gateway to hell opens. Just then, a friend comes knocking on the front door. The man quickly runs to open the door. His friend says,"Yo, you got free time?" He starts yelling,"Dude, what time is it?!" His friend shows him an old antique watch and says,"It's 7:07." As he looks at the clock, everything in the house returns to normal. His friend looks at him and says,"You don't look so well. You should go outside more often. Come. We're planning on going to the park to talk about things. You could get some fresh air and exercise a bit." The man sighs. Then, he says,"You're right. Let's go." And so, he goes with his friends...
I've had this idea for a long time. I wanted to make an animation from this, but I don't really have free time to do so. Call it stupid if you want.

Pitch:
The first stage begins with a man ripping out the heart of his own young son. He appears to be utterly insane and the event is more than harrowing. The door is then bashed down and the man is killed by the police. The boy from there is sent to a genius doctor who, against all ethical codes, replaces the boy's destroyed heart with the man's perfect heart. However during the rehabilitation, to follow, a nurse, who was helping the kid, discovers something odd. The boy is the man and the kid is her long lost son. She also learns that the boy had the same genetic heart defect that she has; which causes a lifetime of pain and which will eventually kill her (Presumably cured in the future that the man must come from). Now that the kid has the heart of his older self he should be fine except for one minor implication: two months after the initial event and one day after the discovery the boy is found dead - his new heart ripped from his chest and placed in a preservative cooler. The mother was the last to see him. She now has to prove her innocence with a story that is unbelievable and do it while dying from the same defect that her son had. She can only do this by supporting the charges and by using her future adult son's heart. She must walk with the devil and take the heart of her own son.
