Damn, that game looks awesome! I've been wanting to make a skill-based RPG battle system for a Pokemon fan game I planned on making as well. However, I've decided I want to make an original platformer first, one that should be as innovative as this game is.

(Updated ) SpikeVallentine responds:

Gotta love innovation! Can I see your platformer? I have an original platformer in mind as well. Never really dove into it, so it's just a concept right now. Keep in touch!

Aha, that's pretty sick. Thinking about a mobile version, or just browser?

SpikeVallentine responds:

Yes! We're taking it one step at a time. This is absolutely designed for touch screen!

Very glad to hear you've made it this far! Looks like when completed, this game can be a very decent way to earn some money. Best of luck to you and your team!

SpikeVallentine responds:

Wow, you think so? Thanks!

Sounds awesome!

SpikeVallentine responds:

I know, doesn't SirUndead have the most epic movie voice ever?!

Actually, I haven't been able to start work on it yet. I still need to buy Flash, along with some other software in a CS6 collection. I'll tell you some things about it though: it takes inspirations from Gimmick (an obscure Famicom game) and the Kirby series. It involves picking up and dropping items on the fly to invent different tactics and discover new combat methods. There's not going to be any pixel art in this game, since I've seen it too often lately. My intent is to submit this to Newgrounds, due to most of their games being somewhat or completely formulaic.

Hey, I was just wondering whether this game is still being worked on.

I'm really interested in playing it, but I'm waiting for the full version to come out instead of playing the beta, so it'll be a fresh, new experience.

So, I was just wondering how it's going since it's been a while since there was any update on it here.

SpikeVallentine responds:

Hi! Yes! We're still working on it, I just got done designing the shop items. The game has had a lot of improvements over time. We have been polishing it and balancing it out. Maybe soon we'll be done, a week or 2. If you want to stay connected and get some heads up you can visit our forums or face book page.

" but I'm waiting for the full version to come out instead of playing the beta, so it'll be a fresh, new experience."
Hahhah, that's sweet of you. Waiting to get spoiled all at once! XD

Thank you for your support!
